Services

The houses built in 1985 provide a modern and comfortable home for our beneficiaries. Each house has its own small garden and there is a car park nearby for the use of residents.

Meole Village lies on a regular bus route with the nearest stop very close to the houses. Shrewsbury town centre is only 15 minutes away by bus. 

 

The Trustees seek to charge a reasonable and affordable rent and maintain all the houses. Beneficiaries are responsible for their utilities bills.

Vacancies are advertised locally but there are no vacant properties currently.
